2010 Annual Session
Dear Moderators and Pastors:
Greetings in the name of our Precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The 133rd Annual Session of our Baptist Educational and Missionary of South Carolina will convene on May 3-7, 2010 at Savannah Grove Baptist Church, Effingham, South Carolina. Dr. Ralph W. Canty and the Savannah Grove Baptist Church Family will serve as hosts. All services and activities will be held at the church. Please mark your calendars for the President’s Educational Banquet, which will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Savannah Grove Baptist Church at 6:30 P. M. We are asking that each church and association purchase at least two (2) tickets at $35.00 each for this occasion.
The listing of the hotels reserved for your accommodation is listed below. These hotels will require a checkout on Thursday morning, May 6, 2010. The Howard Johnson Hotel which is the Headquarters hotel will be available for those persons who desire to stay over until Friday, May 7th for the Convention’s Golf Classic. Please contact the Reverend Tracy Samuel at 864-541-2483 in order to register for the golf classic and to receive additional information.

All pastors and/or delegates are urged to register your church with the required doorway fee(s). Registration will begin on Monday, May 3, 2010 in the Fellowship Hall after 12 noon at the church.
Please come prepared to register with the Brotherhood and Music Conventions. We are also asking that you come prepared to contribute to the Benevolence Fund with a fee of $50.00.
Moderators are reminded that Moderators Night will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. Each Association is expected to contribute a minimum of one thousand dollars ($1000.00).

| 1001 – 1500 members | $1500.00 |
| 1501 and above | $1800.00 or more. |
However, if churches are not able to pay their fees, the Convention will accept a lesser amount. Do your best because we need it.
